Welcome to BakeOff. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BakeOff website and online store, including purchases, custom-order inquiries, and other interactions with BakeOff.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
About BakeOff
BakeOff offers baked goods, custom treats, coffee, gifts, and related products. Product availability, fulfillment options, pricing, and other details may vary over time.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that BakeOff has accepted the order. We may review, accept, decline, cancel, or contact you about an order when reasonably necessary, including for product availability, customization requirements, pricing errors, suspected fraud, fulfillment limitations, or other operational reasons.
An order is considered accepted when BakeOff confirms acceptance or begins fulfillment, as applicable.
Product Availability
Products may be available only in limited quantities or during certain seasons. We may change, discontinue, limit, or replace products or product options at any time.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding a substitution, modification, cancellation, or refund where appropriate.
Prices, Taxes, and Charges
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.
Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, or other charges may be calculated and displayed during checkout when relevant.
If a pricing or listing error occurs, BakeOff may correct the error and contact you before fulfilling the affected order.
Payment
When online payment is available, payment must be made using a payment method offered during checkout or otherwise approved by BakeOff.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. BakeOff may delay or decline fulfillment if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, incomplete, or otherwise cannot be verified.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom cookies, personalized products, custom designs, and other made-to-order items may require additional information, design approval, lead time, or payment before production begins.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event dates, quantities, names, wording, colors, images, themes, and other customization details.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible. Additional charges may apply when BakeOff agrees to significant changes requested after an order has been approved or started.
Design and Product Variations
Because many BakeOff products are handmade, actual products may vary slightly in color, shape, size, decoration, positioning, or other visual details from website images, samples, mockups, or previous orders.
Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, ingredients, and production conditions.
Reasonable handmade variations are not considered defects.
Customer-Provided Images, Text, and Designs
If you provide BakeOff with a photograph, logo, message, artwork, design, name, or other material for a custom order, you represent that you have the necessary permission or rights to request its use for that order.
You remain responsible for the materials and instructions you provide. BakeOff may decline content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Food Allergies and Dietary Information
BakeOff products may contain or come into contact with common food allergens or ingredients that may cause sensitivities.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, dietary restriction, or ingredient concern, please contact BakeOff before ordering so we can provide available information.
Unless BakeOff explicitly confirms otherwise in writing for a particular order, we cannot guarantee that a product is completely free from a particular allergen or from cross-contact.
Fulfillment, Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
Available fulfillment methods will be communicated by BakeOff or displayed during checkout when applicable.
Estimated preparation, shipping, delivery, and pickup times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, weather, carrier delays, holidays, product requirements, or other circumstances outside BakeOff’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery, shipping, contact, and pickup information.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Order Problems
Because many BakeOff products are perishable, personalized, or made to order, return and cancellation rights may differ from those that apply to ordinary non-perishable retail merchandise.
Refunds, cancellations, replacements, credits, and reports of damaged, incorrect, or missing orders are governed by BakeOff’s Refund & Cancellation Policy when published.
Gift Cards
Gift cards, if offered, may be subject to additional terms shown at purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
Website Information
We try to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other website information accurate. However, occasional errors, omissions, delays, or outdated information may occur.
We may correct or update website information at any time.
