Which image files can I upload?
Use JPG, PNG or WebP images. You can upload up to 10 images, with a maximum of 5 MB per image and 20 MB in total. The custom-text field accepts up to 250 characters.
How far ahead should I order?
Please allow at least 2 calendar days before your order is needed. Contact us before ordering for a specific event date so we can confirm availability and timing. Shipping transit time is additional.
Can I request a design proof or a specific design?
Contact us before placing your order to discuss the design, any proof requirements, and your event date. Please check names, wording, images and quantities carefully before approving your order.
How long do cookies and alfajores keep?
Cookies and alfajores have a shelf life of one week. Keep cookies and alfajores at a cool-to-room temperature.
Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?

Do you offer pickup, delivery or shipping?

When should I collect a pickup order?
