When Will My Order Arrive?

Once you’ve placed your order, you'll get a confirmation email to let you know that our cookie elves are hard at work. When your order is ready to roll, we’ll send you another email with tracking info so you can keep an eye on your sweet delivery!

Dispatch Time

We typically send out orders within 2 business days of receiving payment, or on the delivery day you chose. Please note that national holidays might affect delivery times. Rest assured, we’re on top of things and will keep you updated to ensure your cookie experience is as sweet as possible!

How Far in Advance Can I Place an Order?

You can place your order days, weeks, or even months ahead of time through our website. For larger custom orders, we recommend placing your order at least one week in advance to ensure our team has enough time to create your cookie masterpieces. This is especially important during busy times like the holiday season, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day!
