At BakeOff, we want every bite of our treats to be pure joy! Because our cookies are as fresh as can be, we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless something went awry on our end (like a missing or damaged treat). If you spot a mix-up or a mishap with your order, let us know right away, and we’ll make it right!

Double-check your delivery info before you hit that “submit” button! If your order gets delayed or goes wonky because of incorrect or incomplete details, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Cookies arrived a bit crumbled?

Oh no, cookie crumbles aren’t part of our plan! While we package each cookie with extra care, breakage can occasionally sneak through. If your cookies arrive in less-than-perfect shape, shoot us an email at info@bakeoff.store with your order number and a few photos of the damaged goodies. We’ll be delighted to help make things sweet again!
